About Me
My name is Trevor Powell. Technically, I am an American citizen of English, German, Jewish, Swedish, and Welsh descent and a lifelong resident of Taiwan where I was raised and have spent most of my time in this world. The design of this site was inspired by the east coast of the island. The platform itself is also partly an ongoing experiment in web glocalization. I graduated from Wheaton College near Chicago with majors in philosophy and history. I am currently employed as a frontend engineer with Yahoo! Media (News, Sports, Finance, Entertainment) in Santa Monica, California and Taipei, Taiwan.
