In all non-IE A-grade browsers and in IE6 and IE7, hovering over the links below will display a one pixel bottom border on the link. In IE8, the bottom border does not appear. If you zoom the page to 125% or 50% in IE8, the bottom border will appear, but it does not display when the page zoom is set to 100%.
